Generally speaking, anything under the salads or stacks option seem to be a safe bet. Something else that you could do is offer to share some pizza with the group. In a typical 12" pizza with 8 slices a plain cheese slice falls in the 225 - 250 calories range. If you have 2 slices of pizza and a salad with light dressing (pear & watercress or tomato & mozzarella would be good picks for a lower calorie salad) then I think that would put you within your 700 calorie range.
