I like to weigh myself every morning just to take notice of how my weight fluctuates. One thing that ive noticed is that I tend to weigh the least on Sundays! It's like Sundays are the days my weight drops the lowest, and the coming days after, i fluctuate between a pound or 2 within that weight. Why is that?
Mine varies a lot but for awhile I was lowest on Mondays, then it was Wednesdays, and lately it's been Saturdays but sometimes it just goes down at random. Don't stress out if you step on the scale one Sunday and it doesn't go down. When the weight comes off will change throughout your journey. Just enjoy the regular loss now while you can. I hear the closer we get to goal the longer it will be between pounds.
I'm that way but on Saturday's I get my lowest weight. I think it's because of the change in routine. So M-F I'm 100% on plan but then saturday hubby and I go out and even though I eat on plan there is more sodium so by Monday that number might be slightly higher than Saturday's.
I always weigh the least and see the biggest losses in the first two weeks of the month. Then TOM hits and I shoot back up, then for the rest of the month I'm fighting tooth and nail to get back to where I was just weeks ago.
