Age/Age Range: I will be 30 in 5 months and I will not

Family Life: Married for almost 9 yrs, 2 kids a 4 yr old boy and a 2 yr old daughter. Husband left the Army in Jan and is now a civilian contractor in Afghanistan

Occupation: Housewife/student

Hobbies and Interests: reading, reading , more reading, the beach, movies, tv shows, gym, my children and chocolate

Favorite Music: Country, Train, Pink, Eminem, all over the map.

Favorite Color(s): Red

Favorite Exercise/Workouts: Water aerobics and treadmill is about the only 2 I remotely like it.

What are your fitness/health goals? 150 lbs, no more plus size and just healthy and happy

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit?

My weight has left me so depressed I attempted suicide because I would have rather die than live being fat one more day. Thank God I am not there anymore.

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health?

Finding the right combination of food and exercise for me.

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve?
Finding more of a variety of foods

Fruit *Barf* and up my water intake.

Myself. I am not ugly, I am not stupid, but I feel like both when I am this big.

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size?

A swimsuit, a tank top, a short skirt. I just want to open a victoria Secret catalog and know I can order everything from it and it will look great
