Default Lost 2 inches off my waist...

I have gone from a 34" waist to a 32" waist. Am trying really hard to be happy about it, but that old body dysmorphia just won't leave me be!

Really I should be doing a dance like this... .... because 32" is a good size right? (Searching for affirmation)

Aww thank you guys. I really needed that. More than you could know.

Omilichand - I've just been trying to walk whenever possible. At least 2 miles a day. But I think the thing that has been most effective is an incredibly restrictive diet. 1200 cals a day, no questions. This loss has occurred in just over a month, and I reckon its all down to the diet.

Amazing! I would love to have a 32" waist. You should be so proud. Congrats.
