I was going to suggest cottage cheese too. It makes you feel fuller longer and cottage cheese goes with so many fruits and vegetables. I eat it by itself too. Just read the label before you eat it. I enjoy yogurt too but that gets boring. If you don't like yogurt, then don't eat it. It's like trying to eat fried okra

When I was "learning to like" yogurt I would mash up a banana and mix it in to the yogurt. That added sweetness and fruit flavor helped!

I tried greek yogurt and didn't see what all of the fuss was about. It's like very thick sour cream. However, I've read that if you mix it with something like berries, sugar substitute, honey etc it makes it taste better. You might want to try that.
