Insanity
I posted this on another thread, but no one has answered. I hope it isn't considered Spam.
I only started yesterday, with the Fitness test.
Its challenging, but I love it. Not to mention I feel great after a workout, have more energy, and even today my muscles aren't as sore.
A lot of people say not to jump into such a program when you're not in good shape, but I know how to stick it out, I don't mind the pain and I know my limits. Simple workouts never work for me, I always end up maxing them out anyways.
Either way, I had a simple question.
To those of you who have completed this program, I'm only curious to find out when you physically start to see a change in the mirror? How many weeks?
I know not to hurry it, the results will come, but I can't help but get a little excited!

I haven't done it myself and I only know one person who has. He's male and was pretty fit to start with so, not sure how much help the info will be for you. He didn't notice it, but I could see it at about 2 weeks. He started seeing it in the mirror at about 3 1/2.

Congratulations! I'm glad to hear from people, anyone besides those in the program already, that this works so well. I know it does, in two days I feel it already, but it's just another reason to stick with it. Thank you.

Yes of course! You'll love it. It takes dedication but everyday I find myself wondering what the next will be like.
I love sore muscles for some reason, and right now. I'm sore!

Yeah, sore muscles always excite me! Although now into day five, the soreness is starting to wear off. What I'm starting to notice now, and although its nothing out of this world exaggerated, I AM lasting a little longer without taking breaks, without losing my breath, or my muscles completely giving out. Monday will come, and I hope you'll love it as much as I do so far!

So far, I would have to say the Plyometric Cardio Circuit or Cardio Power & Resistance. Although Ive only done five videos, so I can't say they are my absolute favorite yet! I weigh myself every morning, there is a lot of fluctuation but for the most part I can see it going down. A few days ago I was 178, gone two pounds down, now im steadily at 177, so thats another one! Going to do body measurements again next week
