Default Creamies

I am on the blue menu until Tuesday. I want to do a creamy with my dinner, but I think I can only do a creamy with lunch. Help! Would I throw everything off if I had my creamy at dinner?

I'm pretty sure that you can have a creamy whenever as long as you don't have more than one a day.

The creamy is higher in carbs than the clear. That may be the reason they want you having it earlier in the day. I was never on blue, so not sure.

Thanks for the input ladies. When I was on metabalance there was no specific "time" that I could have my creamy. I feel like I have to keep looking at the menu b/c I was on metabalance for 4/5 months. So metaslim is a big change. I think I may just be a bit paranoid...maybe having it earlier in the day is easier for digestion or other reasons. I'll ask on Tuesday for sure.

Does anyone know if the cappuccino is a clear or a creamy? And if it's a creamy, what makes it so?

Cappucino is a creamy.

Calories, carbs etc make it a creamy, plus its texture.

At my center they told us back in September that they changed the cappuccino to be clear and it was no longer considered a creamy. I would check with your center. If you look a the nutrition facts it isn't as high as the other creamys. I remember that day clearly as I chose at that point that I would have one each evening as my special treat and could still have another creamy during the day.

When I started the program in November my center, Cary NC, also told me cappuccino was now considered a clear. Typically I drink (2) cappuccinos a day ... in the morning and in the evening before bed. My weekly weight loss averages approx 2 lbs. I had hoped to take off more weight weekly but this feels very sensible.

Thanks Wendi and Lisa. The nutrition facts is what made me question whether it was a creamy. I will call my center later today to see what they say.

How have you been Wendi? It's nice to see you again!

Any more updates? I am just curious. My center said it was a creamy, so I will continue using them as creamies.
