What type of program are you following?

I'm a calorie counter. I do the 1200-1400 calories a day, I use fitday.com to track my intake and watch my carbs, proteins, fats, etc. I lift weights 4 times a week, do pilates, and I'm trying to work in more cardio stuff. How about you?
