Can I just say I LOVE PHASE I??????
It is hard, but it helps to get the sugar out of my system and get me off the caffiene (love pepsi)

Today I "gingerly" start Phase II. I don't want to have sugar cravings and I hope fruit doesn't do that.

Lost 12 pounds in Phase I *fist pump!*

It's sure great to browse the site and see people that I "knew" so well when I did this before.
You all are inspiring for making this your way of life.

That's wonderful news of your weight loss and welcome to Phase 2. I feel like this is where the real work begins. It's also where I totally fell apart last time I did SB. I'm forcing myself to eat a carb at one meal even if I don't want or need it. This time around I'm focusing on following the directions. Good luck to you and keep coming here to post about your experience. A lot of people have trouble making the transition from Phase 1 to Phase 2.
