Couple of food finds - curious if they are SB ok?
I came across a few food finds at Whole Foods. Are these SB acceptable? If so, what phase??
Roasted & Salted Inka Plantain Chips:
Ingredients: Plantains, palm olein and salt
0g sugar
Roasted and Salted Soynuts:
Ingredients: Soybuts, salt, palm oil
Roasted Edamame:
Ingredients:? not listed; doesn't taste salted though
For the soynuts or edamame....does that count as a bean serving, veggie or nut? So confused!
Seafood Salad:
Ingredients: Bay shrimp, imitation crab meat, onion, celery, mayonnaise, garlic powder
For the first 3 - they are very yummy and help satisfy the crunch. Just curious how good (or bad!) they are. I know to watch the calories because that counts too
