I'm doing weight watchers, and having success, but I think I'm going to quit as soon as my package is done (I bought 9 weeks at a cheaper rate.) because I work out so often that I need more food and more protein than they suggest.

around 9 I eat cereal (kashi go lean crunch or oatmeal for women) and soy milk for 4 points,
around 11:15 I have a three point snack of yogurt usually, then around 12:30/1 I have lunch (usually a lean cuisine, or something else for 5-6points),
then for second lunch I have a sandwich (usually light bread, turkey breast or london broil lunch meat, lettuce, tomato, miracle whip)--that's around 2:30/3.
Then I have an afternoon snack (usually around 3 points) which can vary greatly from day to day. It just depends on what I have around.
I eat dinner around 6:30 or 7, and it is can run anywhere between four and ten points, depending on how hungry I am and what I've eaten during the day.

Yesterday, for instance, my day was kind of unusual and went like this:
9:00 oatmeal and apple sauce 3.5pts
11:30 crackers 3pts
1pm lean cuisine 6pts
1:45 yogurt 3pts
3pm corn, chicken breast, refried beans, lowfat shredded cheese and salsa 8pts
4:30 some popcorn 2pts
8:30 roasted potatoes and whole wheat roll and slice turkey breast 5pts

(I also work out for about an hour and a half each day, at a pretty high intensity.)

Not sure if this helps, but that's the way I use WW.

S/C/G: 261/158/below 160

Height: 5'8" (Dang, I shrank an inch!)

Default

I've lost 30 lbs. so far, so I guess that's successful. Here's some sample menus.

Breakfast

2 Special K waffles 2 pts
1 Tbl. maple syrup 1 pt.
1 Tbl. peanut butter 1 pt

5 pts.

1 Sara Lee mini bagel 1 pt.
6 slices Hillshire farms ham 1 pt.
1 wedge Laughing Cow Light cheese 1 pt

3 pts (sometimes I put an extra cheese on for 4 pts. total)

1 Surito (whole wheat burrito) 0 pts
1 egg + 2 egg whites 2 pts.
1 Morning Star veggie patty 1 pt.
salsa 0 pts.

3 pts. (sometimes I add 1 more sausage for 4 pts.)

Lunch

pita 2 pts.
turkey 2 pts.
light mayo 2 pts.
baby carrots or other veggie 0 pts.
orange or other fruit 1 pt.

7 pts.

Lots of times I have leftovers from the night before

Dinner

I usually get recipes from cookinglight.com. I love fish and chicken.

For snacks I eat Skinny cow ice cream sandwiches (2 pts.), Skinny Cow fudge bars (2 pts.), or Jello fat-free pudding (2 pts.), or low-fat popcorn (3 pts.)

The WW veggie soup is also a great snack when you have no more points left.

I go to aerobics class 5 times a week, walk three days and stretch every day, plus some weights.

Hope this helps!

I weighed in at Weight Watchers last night and I am down 36.2 pounds. Here's some sample menus from my journal:

Breakfast: Yogurt= 3 pts.
1/2 English Muffin w/ sugar-free jam=1 pt.

Lunch: Huge salad w/ some meat (tuna, chicken) 3 pts.
Lite dressing 3 pts.

Snack: Special K snack bar= 2 pts.
1 piece of fruit= 2 pts.

Dinner: Chicken Breast, grilled=3 pts.
1/2 cup rice w/ soy sauce=2 pts.
Green Beans=0 pts.

Snack: FF pudding cup w/ cool whip free= 2pts.
low fat graham cracker, crumbled in pudding=1 pt.

My snacks help quell my sweet tooth, and I never go more than 3 hours without eating. Drink lots of water and eat within your point range. I tried eating about 17 points a day, thinking I would lose weight faster and I quit losing and came to a halt. The program works and this site offers great advice...good luck!
