Here are my progress photos Week 1, Week 6 and Week 15.
I have taken a picture Front, Back, and Side every Sunday since I have started. Is it ever neat to see the difference each week!

It was looking at progress pictures that finally persuaded me to take the plunge and go on the diet. I am so glad I did.
I wish I could post all the views, but it only lets you upload 5 photos.
