Default Turbo Fire question

I just got my Turbo Fire last night, I loved the first dvd! I noticed one of the classes had "EZ" in the title, like Fire 55 EZ....what does the EZ stand for? does this mean this dvd is easy and not that hard? i'm just a little confused.

I just started turbo fire and plan on doing 55 EZ tomorrow. I'll reply back if someone more experienced doesn't respond. I don't think it means easy.

I did the Fire 55 EZ today. She never mentions what the EZ stands for unless I missed it. It's really good workout!!!

Let me know if you want to do an accountability check-in!

Hello! I will totally do a check in with you. I did Fire 55 EZ this morning and it was great. Still not sure what the EZ stands for either. I've hit such a plateau with my weight loss i think this is definitely going to kick it in high gear again!

I think they mean the choreography is easier. I don't know for sure, though. I have been doing Turbo Fire since July 1. I am in the middle of doing the rotation for a second time. Still loving it!

I think Diana is right about the choreography. I also noticed that while 55 EZ has only one Fire Drill that is done one time, 45 (not EZ) has a couple.

I'm on my first week of Turbo fire...Diana, have you seen good results with it? I'm surprised on the rotation calender that there's not more sculpting classes to tone up.

I re-started Turbo Fire this month, wanted a fresh start for the New Year. I started with the 9 week prep schedule. Haven't missed a workout yet, so far so good!
