Default Ideas and thank yous

Hello everyone, this is my first post. I have read many of the posts on this site though looking for recipes and just ideas. I started at 300lbs and am working on 135 by this time next year. I have lost about half and using the SBD I am so happy to have access to all the great ideas everyone has. Dessert is my favorite meal of the day and you guys really do well with those! Any new ideas out there? I would love to hear them.

Welcome! Congrats on your losses, so far!

It seems we are now on a quest at our house to continually make healthier decisions. One of mine has been to enjoy a piece of fruit for dessert. Last night we had plain yogurt topped with my home canned Agave Nectar Peaches and fresh blueberries. DH even liked it over his traditional ice cream.

Best wishes!

Welcome welcome!!! No great ideas...I've been avoiding desserts (even Phase I friendly).

I dont have a recipe idea but I have recently fallen in love with 100 calorie vita-brownies....soo good. I also just got a hold of some dessert recipes from the new book by biggest loser (alll dessert recipes). Def. worth checking out.

Vita Brownies are not OK if you are eating SB.
