Default Weighed myself today...
I started my journey last monday, but friday was when I did my official starting weight... I couldn't resist stepping on the scales again today & found that i have lost 1.4kg/3lb!!!! My week isn't up yet, so I am hoping that I will have around 1.8kg/3.9lb by Friday.. if I don't I won't mind - I'm chuffed enough with my 3lb loss. Now I'm curious to see what happens on Friday!
