Welcome!
I personally always knew I had that much (and more) to lose, but until I got here, I never realized how many OTHER people did too!

We have the same stats! I'm almost to that goal, relatively speaking. It can be done!! The trick is to stay committed to your plan, even when the scale does not move. If you stick with it, the weight will come off. It just may take a year or two. But the benefit is that you will start to reap the rewards well before you ever hit goal, so it's absolutely worth it!

Welcome! It is a shock to realize that you need to lose 100 pounds, isn't it? Just know that it can be done. I lost that first 100 pounds but then gained some back during the holidays. I am working on getting those extra pounds off now.

I encourage you to take it in chunks. Focus on losing 5 or 10 pounds and then move forward. Before you know it, you have lose large amounts of weight.
