Default Faced the scale
Well, it was painful and I'm exactly where I was 7 years ago.
Thanks for the welcome and it is so nice to see so many that are still here.

Ruthxxx was right, it is important to come here daily to check in and be accountable.

My house is "purged" of the evil food and filled with the good food. I have the water sitting on the counter ready to be consumed for the day.

I have gone over the site with a fine tooth comb looking changes in the SBD.

Welcome back to 3fc! It takes a lot of courage to face that scale again. I am back after some months off, and I would guess that the majority of us on this site have stopped and restarted at points. I know you'll do great!!
