Talking Anyone own the GT Xpress or the Xpress Redi-Set-Go?

Hi all! I am interested in buying a GT Xpress or the Xpress Redi-Set-Go, mainly to make whole wheat pita hot sandwhiches, stuffed with various veggies and low-fat dressings and cheeses. I feel like it would be a nice alternative to soups at lunch, as well as a break from the sodium that comes from soup. Has anyone used either of these devices, and do you like them?

Let me know!
