Since Jan 1st, I've been walking 3 km per day, yay for me!!!
so I'm on my 7th day, only 14 more days and I will be craving my daily walk...
Good for you! doesn't take that much time to do the walking, I'm sure you will keep it up, probably even work up to 5 k or more.
