Height: Officially 5'-6"

Default I need a new ST program

Anyone have a good strength training program they'd recommend? I just finished NROLFW and I need something else to do at the gym now. Right now I'm just winging it and without a set number of reps and certain things to do and in what order I just feel so lost. I'm so schedule/program oriented it's ridiculous and I just can't stand not having a "program".

Bill Phillips has ST workouts in his book.

If you like Kettlebells, there are sites with some work alongs on them.

I exercise at home so I may be of much help with the machines at the gym.

I think also if you google the part of your body you want, you may come up with a few hits.

you could try the original NROL or you could go back through and do NROLFW as designed....ie, with heavy weights ( i say this because i know you modified it a lot)

what are your strength goals? that factors in 100% what type of program you choose. I like NROL )original) cuz it has programs fro fatloss, strength and also Hypertrophy
