Yes!! These are exactly my targets, too! I'm brand new to the site and still need to find all the tools and gadgets, but I'd be thrilled to be able to check in with someone (and feel encouraged when I inevitably get off track).
Hey!! i am working towards a 24 lb loss by summer. and i am also from Saskatchewan!! i for one find it harder to work out in this cold weather but am lighting a fire under my butt

I'm in Saskatoon! It gets so damn cold in Sask, I don't go outside if I don't have to
Count me in! We are the same height and very close to the same weight right now! I started at almost 185 this summer and got down to 165, then went off track for a while and started back about two weeks ago at 172.6 and am currently at 167.4. That was this morning and hoping that it holds....course I will take another loss :-)
My goal is to get to 150 by April 1st. And motivation is definitely something that helps! I say we do weekly or daily weigh ins and monthly measurements?
yes! thats my goal too..i'm aiming for 5lbs a month for the next 3 months. I think (i hope) its doable. i just need to get motivated and off my lazy ***. I started in October and i've lost 15lbs since then..so I just need to keep the pace I'm doing now but I worried i've stalled. :-/
167.4 This morning. Starting to see a pattern with my weight loss. Drops a little bit, holds for a day or so, jumps ever so slightly and then drops a bit again. Hope I can keep it up!
I watched a show on TV last night about a girl who lost 90 lbs in 90 days. Not sure that is the healthiest thing to do but man it would be nice :-)
Nice! Keep on keeping on! It will pay off. Today was cheat meal day. Its something I always allow myself, within reason. But always hate seeing the scale the next morning. ugh.
