Default Keep track of your monthly exercise here! (January)

In belezura's abscence, I have decided to start January's thread. For all the newbies, pretty much all we do is track our exercise daily in minutes.

You can even break the months down and learn how many minutes you worked out each week (and use the info to analyze your weight loss in that period) or maybe after 12 months you could add all the numbers you’ve got monthly and see how many minutes you exercised during the whole year.

You don’t really have to post every day, as long as you keep track of the minutes from previous days and post it at once. It is up to you...

* Make sure you get your minutes from your OWN last post.

Belezura will back in the middle of January and I am sure she will jump right in

I have already set up my ticker for the year - my aim is 18,720 minutes for the year , broken down to 1,440 minutes per month.

I can do this!

1/10-20 min pilates (45 min scooping snow)
1/11-30 min kettlebell; 30 min treadmill; 15 abs; 15 min bi's, tri's, rows and lunges
1/12-60 min spin; 45 min bowling; 20 min yoga
1/13-90 min pool exercise
1/14-rest
1/15-off
1/16-90 min bowling
1/17-30 min treadmill; 30 min bike; 30 min abs/pilates; 60 min yoga
1/18-60 min body pump
1/19-60 min spin
1/20-90 min pool exercise
1/21-15 min treadmill; 60 min yoga
1/22- 60 min body pump

Jan 2-Walked indoor track 25 minutes, Stationary bike 20 minutes
Jan 3-Aquacize class 55 minutes, Golden Lite class 47 minutes
