day 1 of phase 1 is almost over and I have done very well. Although I don't think I am eating enough.
Breakfast:
1 egg, 1 slice canadian bacon, 4oz. V8, coffee
Lunch:
small salad, cucumbers, 1 turkey wrapped mozzarella stick, 1 ham wrapped mozarella stick, diet soda.
