Default Turning 40 in 5 weeks!
Wasn't sure which forum to post in but since I'm still 39, I thought I would come here.

Making another lifestyle change - did last one 5 years ago and thought it was time again...Looking to lose 10 pounds by my birthday and another 10 by St. Patty's day.

By these two deadlines, I guess I will have to move on over to the 40 something forum!

...but isn't 40 the new 30?

Welcome! Best of luck on your goals.. I'm hoping to get to my goal weight by the big 4-0! I agree 40 is the new 30. It's all a state of mind and body.
