I'm bumping my goal up to 2400 minutes for January!!! I've got a 5K on January 15th (I registered early this morning...no backing out NOW, LOL) that will help!!!

Goal: 2400 minutes
Total: 2505 minutes


GOAL MET!!!

1 - Rest Day.

2 - 25 minutes at the gym
3 - 55 minutes walking in my neighborhood + 5 minutes marching in place + 45 minutes at the gym
4 - 70 minutes at the gym
5 - 30 minutes at the gym + 5 minutes marching in place
6 - 120 minutes geocaching + 5 minutes marching in place + 60 minutes at the gym
7 - 30 minutes at the gym + 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym
8 - 30 minutes at the gym + 5 minutes marching in place + 60 minutes at the gym

9 - Rest Day.
10 - 5 minutes marching in place + 40 minutes playing X-box Kinect Adventures + 5 minutes shake-weighting
11 - 30 minutes playing X-box Kinect Adventures + 80 minutes at the gym
12 - 5 minutes marching in place + 15 minutes shake-weight + 70 minutes at the gym
13 - 5 minutes marching in place + 15 minute shake-weight + 70 minutes at the gym
14 - 5 minutes marching in place
15 - 56 minutes 5K

16 - 45 minutes at the gym + 60 minutes walking in Underground/Little Points/Midtown Atlanta
17 - 34 minutes at the gym + 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym

19 - 5 minutes marching in place + 20 minutes pushing around a cart full of fifty pounds of groceries + 55 minutes walking the trail behind my house + 70 minutes at the gym
20 - 5 minutes marching in place + 60 minutes at the gym + 60 minutes playing Dance Central
21 - 30 minutes at the gym + 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym
22 - 5 minutes marching in place + 5 minutes shake-weight + 70 minutes at the gym

23 - 5 minutes marching in place + 50 minutes Street Heat video + 20 minutes stair-stepping, lunges, and twists
24 - 65 minutes at the gym + 60 minutes playing Dance Central
25 - 5 minutes marching in place + 55 minutes DanceFit class + 90 minutes playing Dance Central
26 - 30 minutes at the gym + 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym
27 - 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym
28 - 55 minutes walking in my neighborhood + 5 minutes marching in place + 20 minutes dancing
29 - 5 minutes marching in place

30 - 5 minutes marching in place + 80 minutes walking in my neighborhood GOAL MET!!!
31 - 30 minutes at the gym + 5 minutes marching in place
