I should get my own goal in here. I'd love to increase it but realistically if I can hit 1000 minutes/month through the winter that would be great. Between the crazy work hours, the cold weather and health annoyances a higher goal is probably unrealistic (though I'd be happy to hit it!).

January 2011 goal: 1086/1000 minutes, include weights 3/ week & no more than 4 off days
