My goal in this new year is 20 more lbs.

For January, my fitness goals are pretty much the same as they have been. 60 minutes of cardio, 6x per week and strength training 3x per week. I'm going to aim to make 4 of those cardio sessions fitness classes because I get much better results when I'm being pushed!
