Default I met my first mini goal today!
Hey everyone, when I set out to lose 60lbs I really wasnt sure how to tackle it other than breaking it up into increments. So I decided to take it 15lbs at a time.


I hit the first 15lbs weight loss goal today and can't wait to hit the next!

Nice job!!! We are almost identical in weights! I started at 185 and this morning weighed in at 169 as well. Keep up the good work!!!
