Hi,
I'm new and thinking about starting this diet and would like to know if there is anyone on this forum from Edmonton, Alberta who knows of a clinic or individual in this area that is a coach/provider of this diet.

Hi Sandy!
I'm from St Albert. I have been on the program for 6 weeks. My coach is located across from Sturgeon Hospital. There is another store that sells IP product up St Albert trail as well. I'm sure there are more in Edmonton, just a matter of googling it. Both stores are natural health product stores. If I can help you with anything else please let me know.

I got connected using the address Linden gave. I live just south of Leduc and attend Weight Movers in Leduc. I have also seen an billboard ad for IP on 23rd avenue just south of Costco...but that would depend on where you live in Edmonton.
IP is the best gift you can give yourself. It is the one diet that has helped me get rid of a lot of very stubborn lbs. Restrictive...you bet but it works.

The above link is for the Edmonton Ideal Protein group that Jordanna used. If you have a face book account, send a message to Trista. She is the coach. She seems to be very helpful and Jordanna learned a lot and got great support from her.

I have sent her a message to get her contact phone, etc. As soon as I have a reply, I will edit this message with those details. I am not sure when that will be.

I am from Edmonton (southside) and I know Jordanna, her coach Trista seems really nice and if I lived closer to her I would definately go see her!! I love that she has specials and mini challenges. My coach is nice but I really only go there to get weighed, pick up my food and chat. But if I have any technical questions I usually ask Trista or come here!!

Thanks everyone,
I signed up at a spa downtown today. The coach seems very nice and well informed. I start the diet tomorrow. The hardest part for me will be giving up diet coke.

Good luck on your IP journey. It is restrictive but it works!
