Smile I can dance!

I went to see Liz Phair tonight and danced straight through her hour and a half set. I had such a great time!

I remember at my high weight, 258, I went to see The Dead in April of 2009 and I could only dance for about four songs. I was exhausted, upset, and out of control.

Going back to the gym and doing cardio and weight training is turning my life around and I feel better than I have in years.

Thanks for all the encouragement and support that I have gotten here!

Thanks for the encouragement Serval87 and tytbody. When I first went back to the gym my goals were mobility and stamina above weightloss. I just wanted to be able to function.
