Hi Everyone!

I know I've posted a couple times before about AP's but on the new plan is there a set number we can earn per day or a maximum number we can't exceed?

It depends on your weight and how many minutes at low, moderate or high intensity. I can look it up if you give me that info

Tonight I'm doing a Zumba Class (1 Hour), high intensity. Thanks!

Since most of my workouts are high intensity I usually add a point for every 100 calories burned. My last Zumba class I burned a little over 800 calories and over 900 at spin last night!
