EW. Maybe one of these looks good, because I am a chocolate hound, but the rest of them EW EW EW.

Sadly, four months ago some of these would have made me want to go out to these places to eat!

Surprising they said to ditch the Cheesecake Factory entirely. I get a really yummy salad there for less than 500 calories.

PF Chang's Doube Pan-Fried Noodles Combo (served with beef, pork, chicken, and shrimp)

1,820 calories
84 g fat (8 g saturated, 3.5 g trans)
7,692 mg sodium

How is that much sodium even remotely possible?! Egads!

edit: The only thing on that menu that makes my stomach rumble is the pizza. I miss deep dish pizza (though not Uno's pizza!)

Holy moly, that's amazing that they can pack so many calories into one dish.

Holy fat and calories Batman! Seriously some of those looked downright gross - thankfully we don't have any of those dining options too near us except TGIFridays and we don't go there.

What really gets me is that some of those options have the appearance of being healthy - grilled shrimp, veggie subs, etc. but any health benefits are completely obliterated by the stuff they pile on top!

My DH was having an affair with Baconators. He would find bacon perfume sexy, LOL!!! Now he is 22lbs thinner, since he is trying to lower his cholesterol. Jeez, now I know why it was so high.

This is why prior to eating out, I look up the nutrition online and make my choices before I get to the place. It is amazing because the item that you would "think" is healthier is usually loaded with calories/fat/sodium and I always have to order something different. But I realize doing the research is great, and if I would have done it before, I might not have been at 266+ lbs!

How is it in all my unhealthy life I've never eaten that deep dish brownie sundae?

Oh thank goodness I'm not the only one thinking that!!! Everything else looked kinda gross to be honest but I that deep dish brownie sundae thing? Someone would have to wrestle it away from me.

*ahem* I mean, of course, it looks good but I would much prefer a nice healthy bowl of grapes.

Goodforme.... That is EXACTly the right term.
fattymcfaty - I just started looking up nutritional info before I go. I am saddened by some of the things I "thought" were healthy. BUT, it really does help me feel a little more prepared.
Luckily, I learned a loong time ago that I would rather eat my calories than drink them when I am being healthy.. So the crazy drinks, never really appealed to me.
