I'm pretty sure that most of the whole foods I eat aren't having vitamin D added, so I'm keeping on with my supplement. This is the first winter I've taken a D3 supplement and WHAT A DIFFERENCE TO HOW I FEEL!

Up here where I live in NE Oregon, for 2-3 months of winter we are lucky to get glimpses of sun, and sometimes it's just nothing but overcast and fog. I got so depressed and down last year because of the gloom of winter, this year, taking the supplements, I'm feeling a ton better. Cheery even, though today was certainly a gloomy one.

One year, where we didn't see sun for about three months, I got the flu really bad. When I saw the doctor, he said they were seeing people right and left for illness, much more than normal.
