Thursday Weigh-In Results for December
Hi everyone! Wow, it's a new month---a new beginning.
I'm going to try this new program. I bought all the booklets. Today was my first day and it was really encouraging.
I'll be going next Thursday---couldn't wait for tomorrow this week.

ahhhhh....couldn't wait!!!! Did a "sneek peek" and I am down 2#! ahhhhhhh!
However, I will wait until Sunday a.m. to post official results & change my slider!
I was just so excited I couldn't wait to tell someone! Thanks my someones!!!!

I was surprisingly down 1# this week.
I wasn't optomistic as I weighed myself on Monday morning after a weekend away and was up a pound. But today I was down that # plus another.

I did it! I lost 2 pounds!!!!!
I told the leader that after eating all that food, I just knew I wouldn't lose. Oops!
Dori, great going losing .8 lb. That's a great start.
