I haven't posted here in about a month, but I'm still chugging along. I've had some ups and downs, but now I'm a little bit below my last weigh in so I feel Ok to come back
. Yes, I'm trying to break out of the 120's. I'd like to maintain between 115 and 120, with 120 being my 'red light number'.
I do feel slim now at 124.4, but with some 'problem areas'. Especially my baby belly pooch and upper thighs. I know working out is going to be more and more important so I'm happy with my new shape - otherwise my goal weight will keep getting lower and lower! 115 might be too low, but we'll see.
Coming back from Thanksgiving I'm feeling good and am really on track this week. I don't even feel tempted by the goodies at Trader Joe's right now. Slow and steady...
