Default New here! Wanting to join.
Hi everyone:
Just signed up. Joined WW in Feb. 03 and I am done 18 pounds so far. I love the program and it really fits my life.

I am 35 and mom of 1. Work full-time. No spouse but have a cute hamster named Cinnamon.

Looking to getting to know you and make some new friends.

Thanks for the welcome.

Really all I have been doing is staying within my points every day and walking whenever I can.

I walk to the busstop in the morning and home...so that is 20 min.
I take the stairs down- 3 flights. Have not tried up yet
I walk over to the mall at lunch-- Need to work on walking around the mall and not stopping to shop.
I take the weightsmart one a day vitamins
Eat lots of veggies, fruit and protein-- Have carbs too

Just really working at this.

I'm glad you avoided the initiation hazing ritual that the ladies do here. They can be fairly brutal sometimes.

18 pounds in less than 2 months is amazing!
