Really all I have been doing is staying within my points every day and walking whenever I can.
I walk to the busstop in the morning and home...so that is 20 min.
I take the stairs down- 3 flights. Have not tried up yet
I walk over to the mall at lunch-- Need to work on walking around the mall and not stopping to shop.
I take the weightsmart one a day vitamins
Eat lots of veggies, fruit and protein-- Have carbs too
