Default TTOM Moodiness

It's TTOM for me. Today I was extremely moody. I don't think I am normally this moody. I ate some extra sweets/carbs over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, although I still lost some weight. I wonder if there is a correlation between the extra carbs/sweets and my extra moodiness today?

At one point today I literally hated the whole world! My mood lifted some after I did my workout. I am thanful for that.

You are lucky. When it is my TOM, there is moody and no working out. I can barely stand without it looking like a murder scene (sorry TMI there)

There probably is a correlation between the sugar and moodies though

I have the WORST moodiness right before my TOM. I'm actually having it right now, haha. I feel bad for anyone around me around this time, but people who know me really well have just kind of come to anticipate it and not take it personally. I just have this cloud of impending doom following me around for about 48 hours. Then magically it goes away and look at that, it's TOM.

I also crave really salty food, rather than really sweet food...
