i have stuck to my plan today I am calorie counting and went over by about 200 yesterday..but so far so good today!! Just had to vent because I am very proud of myself
Good for sticking to the plan today! But you said you were hungry, right? Maybe you can find other foods that fill you up more, instead of leaving you hungry.
I can let myself feel hunger post-dinner, because I'm going to bed, so I don't need to eat then. But I try not to BE hungry during the day (I have snacks and meals planned ahead of time).
