I just noticed the other day that I have given up watching Food Network! Gosh I would watch some of those shows and get so hungry, esp Unwrapped and Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives! I am right there with you and have given them all up. I love Top Chef though and still watch that and Iron Chef America if I catch it on.

I actually watch it more now than I ever had. I actually get inspiration for new ways to prepare stuff, of course making my own adjustments to make stuff healthier. I've also learned some great prep ideas, like smashing garlic cloves with the broad side of a knife for easy peeling.

I do understand having to turn them off from time to time. The desserts kill me some days.

Hah! I watch them while I'm on the elliptical. People at the gym probably think I'm strange.

I *love* Man Vs Food.

But it makes me so very hungry.

I do like watching Top Chef. Some of the stuff they come up with is neat!
