Default Getting My Head On Straight

Well, my loves.

160lbs this morning. For anyone that's keeping track (haha, why would you?) that's seventeen pounds gained since last May.

I'm only fifteen pounds down from my starting weight last year.

My jeans are cutting into me and it's just as painful as it is depressing.

Siiiiigh.

Obviously I've been really struggling with my journey the last several months.

Don't sigh! Get yourself back on the horse! It'll suck. It'll suck for about a week and it won't seem like it's worth it. Then you'll start seeing the results.

Stop sighing and accepting it, and do something about it! Nobody's going to change it but you!

Good luck and get to it!
