Default Happy Spring Equinox!

It's the first day of spring and I am JAZZED! The birds are singing the sun is shining and we're finally crawling out of that dismal winter!

I have a woman's circle that meets on all the solstices and equinoxes and any other holiday that might inspire us and our mission is to bring something tonight that we would like to see grow in this season.

So, I thought that this might be a positive change for us. Instead of saying what we want to lose or what things we'd like to get rid of, let's talk about what we'd like to see grow!

Things I would like to see grow:

My muscles!!!! I'd like to see my arm muscles grow into a summer sleeveless shirt!

The quality time with my family (read the boyfriend and the dogs).

My brain! I'd like to expand my knowledge and get A's in all my classes.

Happiness. I'd like my happiness to grow and motivate me all season.

Jo, I have to agree...my bank account growing would be wonderful!!

Actually, I put my garden in a couple of weeks ago, and I would really like to see it get going. It is off to a great start, but my tomatoes are really struggling, and tomatoes are the only things that I really wanted. The rest is really for the kids.

Also, I'd like to see my circle of friends grow, I think that one can never have enough friends.

And, my silly one. I'd like to see my hair grow. I like long hair, but I feel like it has been this length forever.

I would like to see :

my self esteem grow
my children grow
my love for my family grow even more then it is now
my faith grow
and once my garden is planted, i would like that to grow as well.

Oh, my bank account, it would be nice for that to grow, but I'm afraid it's dead, lol.

My vege garden, I've been spending days digging it and getting it ready to plant and I'd love to see all that good work produce lovely organic vegetables

I'd like to grow taller, but I think I'm shrinking so that's not going to happen.

I'd like to see my retirement savings and investments grow for the first time in over a year.

I'd love to see my little granddaughter grow (she has a rare chromosome disorder).

Once my yard is all designed and planted, I'd like to see that grow into something lovely.

Since we're adding on starting in the next couple of weeks, I can't wait to see my house grow!

hmmmm...not used to wanting to see things grow!!!

I am constantly fascinated as I watch Jacob grow. He blows me away each and every day.

I am wait in anticipation as my relationship with myself grows and matures into one that finally is able to overcome this battle.

Wink You'e a Fairy Princess in my book

I agree. I need to remind myself of all the good thing I have in me, and spend time nourishing them, instead of whining about the things that I don't have.
