Im new to this site. But of course not to "dieting". DH & I are into the together this time around. Our offical start day, if thats what you wanna call it, was to be tomorrow. But when I went to bed last night I had the TV on & twice I heard the Happy Birthday Song in about 5 minutes. I thought to myself that 10-10-10 just had to be "the day". So I am now calling it my NEW Birthday...I cant wait to see more then 100lbs gone by 11-11-11!!
Ive got my food for the week (thanks to this site) all planned out & bought. We already went for a walk this afternoon & made healthy choices in our meals today. Oh & lets NOT forget the WATER! We do belong to a gym, but havent been there since FEB!
That will change, I MUST fit the gym in even though im working fulltime & have to young kids @ home. I CANT & WILL NOT make that an EXCUSE!
