Default I lost 100lbs!!!! Wow! I can't believe it!

Today I made the 100lb lost goal part of my journey. This is so exciting!

I started Jan 18th 2010. My husband, our 2 daughters and I. We started eating healthier. No fried foods. No white flour. We switched everything to wheat and whole grain products. Ground turkey instaed of ground beef. Sugar free drinks instead of sugary. Lots of water. We also grill or bake almost everything. I use my crockpot alot too.

I walk at home. I use Leslie Sansone DVD's and walk in my home. Atleast 3 miles a day. I take the weekends off

As of this date:
I have lost 100 lbs
Hubbys lost 70 lbs
oldest daughter lost 65 lbs
youngest daughter lost 10 lbs

245lbs lost for all of us

This is a lifestyle change....NOT A DIET! We are happy with the way we live and eat now.

I am not a my original goal yet..5lbs to go. But I think I will maintain at the 150lb range and then try for more.

Thanks so much 3FC for all the support along the way. I couldn't have done it without all of you. You are amazing...

I will stay here to get support and to give it.

Hugs to you all!! If you set your mind to do something you can make it happen!!!

Thanks everyone. I think that was they key to me sticking with it. The whole family had the decision to make this happen. It really make a huge difference when they are a support team for you as well.
