Your body is most likely releasing all the build-up from your intestines. All the junk food we all have been eating for years has clogged our insides. Now that we are eating healthy, the body is trying to adjust. If I were in your shoes, I would be so happy. This will acctually help you lose weight faster.
What I have noticed about myself is that if I eat tomatoes for my veggies, which I did a couple of weeks back- I suffer from severe constipation. This week, I have been eating fresh red leaf lettuce, green onions and cucumbers for my salad and I have not experienced any problems.
Do not worry and do not go off the plan, I would rather be releasing all the junk from my body, than be constipated.
