I'm Baaaaaaack!
Going for another 10 starting today. My goal is 10 lbs gone by my birthday Oct. 17th. Any tips for an old IPer who's getting into the groove of things again? Any new fabulous recipes??
I've missed everyone so much I had to come back, you all are such a wonderful support system

My birthday is October 17th too! I am hoping to be finished with phase 3 and enter into phase 4 by my birthday. We'll see how it goes. Good luck on your goal!
