Default Healthy Shakes!

I was ecstatic recently, when my father gave me a blender for free!

In the past, I've made shakes with frozen fruit, low fat yogurt (or milk) and ice.
I've also added protein powder to to give me that extra energy before or after exercise.

I don't have many other ideas for tasty, healthy shakes. Does anyone drink shakes and have any ideas or recipes for low fat shakes? Thanks!

I read through this sticky thread earlier and there are some really great ones listed in on here but aparently I can't post any links so you'll just have to scroll around to find it.

My staple protein shake:

10 ice cubes
1/4 C Organic Half and Half
1 T Natty Peanut Butter
1 C water
2 Scoops Low Carb Chocolate Protein Powder

Blend to milkshake consistency. Tastes like a Reeces. YUMMY!

^Peaches, that sounds really good. I'll have to try it. Thanks! I've never heard of Natty Peanut butter.

Good idea, GeeDee. I did look in the recipe section, and I also noticed some great recipes for shakes in the WW section as well.

I have been using the frozen bag from Walmart containing a mix of strawberries, mango, papaya and pineapple. I like to blend it with a scoop of ground flaxseed, 1/2 cup of nonfat plain yogurt and ice.
