I just finished up lunch at work and had that not quite satisfied feeling and some calorie wiggle room so I headed out to the grocery store behind the building.
Single serve ice creams - way too many calories. Then I stumbled across these and got the Chocolate Indulgence ones. I checked out the ingredient list and they're not too bad for 60 calories. They're very fluffy and thick - although I'm not sure if something can be both of those at the same time - and overall pretty good. I think they're also a good size to kill the sweet tooth since a square of good quality chocolate doesn't tend to cut it with me - I need a few bites at least! My only issue with these is that the xylitol in them gives them a bit of a funky aftertaste.
I think the good (rich chocolate-iness and low calories with not too many funky ingredients) outweighs the bad (funky aftertaste).
My husband love these I think they're really good. We've tried the chocolate and the caramel. Haven't tried the Dark Chocolate and I think there is a mint chocolate one too but don't quote me on that.
I think somewhere another poster recommended freezing them and eating them as ice cream (after they've thawed a bit). I tried it that way once and thought it was pretty good.

I like the caramel, because I like that flavor. Also the dark chocolate. The mint reminds me a little of the Girl Scout cookie Thin Mints.
The makers of this product get an "A" in mouth-feel from me. This stuff feels like it's got all kinds of fatty goodness in it when I rub a tongue-full against the roof of my mouth. My problem is, there's not much in the little cup. I am not satisfied afterward. I want that sweetness to continue. So they're a bit of a tease to me & a bit frustrating.
(Okay, this whole post reeks of sex. Probably that's why I got so fat. Sublimated by eating.)
I like the dark chocolate one and want to try the mint. I've tried freezing them. Maybe they just take a REALLY long time to freeze, but mine was definitely the same as out of the fridge just, ya know, colder.
My hubby and I thought they were nasty. We didn't like the texture. I ended up tossing ours. I didn't think of the freezing thing...that might have worked.
