Hello everyone,
I first want to say it has been really helpful to have this online support.

2 of my kids are sick with high fevers and today is my last day of the Metaslim (1-4) yellow menu. I had planned to go in and get weighed and pick up the next menu today but now that I'm stuck home with sick ones I can't so now what? I don't relish the idea of staying on this menu for any longer. I'm very tired of cheese, bread and oranges for breakfast. Should I call the center?

any question at all should be one for the Center. They should be eager to help you work through any obstacle -- and if they don't, then there is something off!
