I weigh 15 pounds MORE than I did when I was 7 months pregnant with twins!
This has got to change.
I started weight watchers today. Its almost 11am, and I'm still OP, which is a NSV for me because I usually don't last through breakfast without at least 1 cheat.
well, with each try I'm sure you learned something, about yourself, eating, food, nutrition, exercise, who knows what. I look at it like a process. Building blocks.
