I have never been a water drinker but have noticed if that is all I drink the swelling in hands and feet are way down. Trying to stay in this 14 days and counting.

Squeeze a little lime, lemon or orange and a packet of Stevia and it will be a little more pleasant.

Ugg i know...Lemon or lime do usually work for me but if it's just not happening I switch to Iced Tea (fresh made with tea bags), I've never been a sweet tea fan so that's never a problem. :-)
